If you are creating a report and you know in advance that it will use a chart, you can use the Report Expert to build the chart while performing the initial report design. If you decide to add a chart later in the report creation process, select the menu options Crystal Reports > Insert > Chart. This brings up the Chart Expert. Both methods show the same dialog box (Figure 10-1) for creating a chart. Chart Expert dialog box.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>This dialog box has three tabs that are shown by default: Type, Data, and Text. There is also a checkbox on the Type tab titled Automatically Set Chart Options. It is checked by default.
